OFC 32: Lightweight Official Card!!!

Back by popular demand...the lightweight division! In honor of the divisions revival your favorite admin will be making this weeks card, time to get happy people.

Also to make things a little more interesting I will now allow people to fight for belts in more than one division! This will happen when someone clears out their division or if I feel there isnt anyone worthy of challenging for a belt in the division.
